Only what is needed for the request.
SiteAssure collects a small amount of information so a founding review request can be understood and answered.
Information you may provide
Name, email, business name, business type, plan of interest, an optional public website homepage, and an optional note. The synthetic preview accepts only example.com, example.org, or example.net addresses.
How it is used
To evaluate demand, respond to a request, and improve the clarity of the offer. It is not sold or used to start a live scan without a separate conversation.
Optional visit analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand visits, navigation, and how our public pages are used. Google Analytics receives public-page URLs without query strings; Clarity can collect interaction and session-replay information on those pages. We do not load these tools before you consent, and do not start them on the review form, synthetic preview, or private owner desk. If you navigate from a tracked public page to one of those routes, we reload it without the analytics scripts. You can decline or change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer; declining after acceptance unloads the scripts on refresh. Your choice is saved in your browser.
What not to send
Do not submit patient, client, customer, password, payment, or other private operational data. SiteAssure does not need that information to discuss a public website review.
Payments and authentication
Public checkout is not active. The owner may use Stripe's test environment to verify a future payment flow; no real charge can occur there. The private owner desk uses Manus authentication; visitors do not need an account to read the sample report or submit a request.
